At ALCANSIDE, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If your purchase is not the right fit or the colour is not what you expected, we are here to help.

How to Start a Return

If you would like to return an item, please contact us within fourteen days of the delivery date at
contact@alcanside.com

Include your full name and order number in your message. Our team will provide you with the return instructions.

Once your return has arrived at our facility and has been inspected, your refund will be issued within five business days.

Shipping fees and return costs are not refundable.
Personalized items are not eligible for return.

Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth process, please review the following return guidelines.

  • Returned items must be unused, in new condition and in their original packaging.
  • Your order number must be included inside the return shipment.
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels for customer returns or exchanges.
  • Returns are accepted only when submitted within fourteen days of the delivery date.
  • Purchases made between fifteen November and twenty four December may be returned until fourteen January, provided all other return requirements are met.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items arrive at our address. We recommend using a track and trace shipping service. If a return does not arrive, no refund or replacement can be issued.
  • When only part of an order is returned, any applied promotions may no longer qualify. The refunded amount will be adjusted accordingly.

If you received an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at contact@alcanside.com within three business days of delivery so we can assist you further.

Duties, Taxes and Import Fees for Returns

Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes and import fees related to sending a return to us. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are not covered by ALCANSIDE. Any such charges deducted by customs or carriers will not be refunded.
